Refund and Return Policy
- No returns or exchanges on products after 30 days.
- Special orders (non-stocked items) cannot be returned.
- All approved returns must be accompanied by our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This RMA will be sent to the customer upon request. This form must be clearly visible on the outside of the return packaging.
- Merchandise returned with the RMA must be new, in its original packaging and suitable for resale.
- Any potential return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. The original invoice must be included with the return.
- The customer may be responsible for storage and transportation costs—depending on the returned merchandise. In all cases, the seller's or manufacturer's warranty applies as the initial warranty. Any secondary warranty is at the discretion of Le Groupe JSV Inc.
Free delivery throughout Quebec:
Heavy and excluded items:
Individual items over 40 lbs and oversized items are excluded from our free shipping policy. However, we offer competitive shipping rates for Canadian destinations. Heavy or oversized items will still be eligible for subsidized shipping. JSV Group reserves the right to exclude items from the free shipping policy.
Multiple package delivery:
Although we do our best to ship complete orders, it is sometimes necessary to split orders into two or more packages or multiple parcels.
Delivery by carrier:
Orders too large to meet our shipping standards will be sent by a freight carrier. JSV Group Inc. has established discounted rates with various freight carriers in Quebec and will be happy to handle the logistics of your delivery to your door if you wish. In all cases, you will be notified of the shipping costs before your order is shipped so you can approve it.
Accuracy of full address:
We require a complete address with postal code to ensure prompt delivery. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdirected deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. JSV Group Inc. cannot be held responsible if additional delivery charges are incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a problem arises with the delivery address, we will attempt to contact you and correct the problem. However, it is your responsibility to provide us with accurate information.
Shipping to the United States and Internationally:
The free shipping policy applies to local deliveries within Quebec. All deliveries to Canada, the United States, and internationally are eligible for subsidized shipping.
Free Shipping Policy Restrictions:
* Free shipping does not apply to oversized or heavy items (40 lbs), total orders over 100 lbs, or items requiring delivery by carrier. Items with the designation "HEAVY ITEMS" will be shipped and billed to you at the lowest rate available to us.
